Their diverse range of skills and expertise is complemented by the unwavering support of loyal volunteers and a small team of staff, all working together to create a vibrant and sustainable arts community.

Chris Siddle

A chartered accountant and tax adviser with many years’ experience in practical finance, accounting and tax training.

HEARTH AS PLACE

Julie Straw

The Hub will be built with the help of Lottery Funding and other donations. Degree in Environmental Science and worked as a Landscape Architect with an interest in Community and Environmental projects.

VOLUNTEERS

Dale Robertson

Retired academic/ lecturer of Fine Art. Specialist in site-specific art.

ENGAGEMENT

Deborah Robertson

Formally worked within the education sector and freelancing within the arts, cultural, and heritage sectors. Trained in Fine Art, Design and Digital Media and developed training programs to assist creatives in integrating CAD/CAM into their studio practice. Currently utilising skillsets to create the website and establish an outward-facing Hearth.

ARTS CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR

Lindsey Joy

Lindsey has been recently appointed as our new Arts Centre Administrator.

CARETAKER

Gary Charlton

Gary Charlton joined the Hearth Art Centre team in March 2023 as our on-site caretaker and a welcome addition to the team. He is a great support to Hall Hirers, Resident Artists, Trustees, Volunteers and the Centre Coordinator.
