The Hearth Centre (Horsley) Ltd is the charitable company that manages The Hearth Arts Centre and Cafe, with the help of our Centre Co-ordinator and Caretaker. Governing the Centre are voluntary trustees drawn from the local community, who bring a wide range of skills and experience, to support our aim of creating a sustainable and resilient arts venue that supports our tenants, emerging creative talent and enterprise while extending our cultural offer and access to the arts.
The Arts Centre is a unique venue renowned for its extensive range of workshops and classes, talks, live music and performance, film, and community groups. Facilities include 8 artist studios and a popular family-run Café. The community hall is a hireable space that spans two beautiful Grade 2 listed buildings. With over 20,000 visitors each year and a turnover of just under £60,000, it's clear that it holds a special place in the hearts of many.
