Join us for a delightful creative day of Yoga and Restorative Art-making. We'll begin with a morning of gentle yet energising yoga, letting go of tension from the body with soft, flowing movement, then settling into restorative static poses for deep release and rest. The morning will include breathwork and meditation, finishing with a refreshing deep relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra).

In the afternoon, we'll have the opportunity to engage in informal and playful art activities. There will be a variety of art and craft materials to choose from, and we'll have time to create one or several pieces to take home. Nina Ramsay, a qualified Art Psychotherapist with a special focus on self-care, will be facilitating this session. This activity is open to anyone who enjoys being creative and wants the freedom to use art materials. There's no pressure to be exceptionally creative or to engage in a particular way; it's a dedicated space to express yourself, enjoy the creative process, and feel more connected with yourself and others.

£70 for the day, including a delicious lunch and cake, courtesy of the Hearth Cafe, with hot drinks, snacks and all tuition and materials. No experience of yoga or art-making is required – just a desire to enjoy a feel-good day of creative activity and nourishing yoga in the beautiful venue of the Hall at the Hearth Café.
